Our Donor Coordinator
Valerie McMorris has over fifteen years of experience working in the fields of GYN and Infertility, and has spent the last 12 years working as a Donor Coordinator and Egg Donor Recruiter. She is a highly motivated individual, has a cheerful demeanor and genuinely enjoys working with egg donors and recipient patients that are pursuing egg donation. She has a refreshing and creative approach to working with patients and enjoys helping couples and egg donors enhance their lives through egg donation.

Ms. McMorris understands that the process of choosing an egg donor may feel emotionally overwhelming to recipient couples and will try to make the experience as comfortable and positive as possible. She is a strong advocate for patients and will work closely with recipients and egg donors to make sure they understand the process of egg donation and feel comfortable
with their choice to proceed.

As a Donor Coordinator Ms. McMorris has a background of working almost exclusively with large, high volume IVF centers and is exceptional at bringing an environment of calm and organization to the busy world of IVF. Ms. McMorris is licensed through the New York Department of Health for recruiting egg donors to cycle with local IVF clinics. Ms. McMorris has signed the ASRM
registry of Donor Recruiters following ASRM and SART guidelines.
